Biography
Hailey Merz is an associate attorney at Sullivan, Klocke, Evans & Goenawein. Her practice has been exclusively focused on family law since she was licensed in 2019. Hailey began her career at a Dallas non-profit serving survivors of domestic violence by providing zealous and compassionate representation to clients before she moved into private family law practice.
Hailey understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to effectively representing family law clients. It is her goal to develop a realistic case strategy that is going to protect her clients and their families as they move forward in the next chapter of their lives. While Hailey does not shy away from the courtroom, she is also trained in collaborative law to allow creative solutions for families outside of litigation.
Hailey grew up in Missouri, and she graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2016 with degrees in Communication and Women’s and Gender Studies and a Multicultural Certificate. She moved to Dallas in 2016 to attend Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she graduated, cum laude, in 2019.
When she is not working, Hailey enjoys spending her time with family and friends, particularly her Husband and their dog Chloe at their home in Richardson, Texas.
